PP Strong Ale Fest 07. Growler from BBB63, Thanks Mike. This weizen bock poured a medium amber color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, sweet and caramel. A medium bodied weizen bock. The malts are fruity and sweet, touch of banana ester. The hops are earthy and floral. Lively carbonation. Very smooth. Nicely balanced. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Growler thanks to Ughsmash: Pours a deep mahogany with a tan head. Aroma, roasted notes, some dark fruits, caramel, wheat and some spicy yeasty notes. Flavor, roasted notes, some chocolate, wheat, caramel, fruity notes, some spices, and a bready character, this was very enjoyable.

Shared by sliffy from the growler. Light malt aroma with some sweet candy notes as well. Deep brown body with a thin head. Medium palate at best. Caramel flavors up front with some yeast, banana, and roasted flavors. A hodgepodge of flavors for sure.

Growler shared by sliffy. Murky brown pour with a thin tan head. Aroma of smoke, roasted malt, booze, and sweet chocolate. Flavors of creamy chocolate, roasted malt, sweet smoke and a light sour fruit element. Medium body with a soft carbonation, roasty/sweet/smoky with a roasty/dry finish. Good stuff.

tap at clybourn.....pours a dark raisiny brown with a very thin film of off-white head....aroma of sweet malt and dark fruit....tastes of some sweet malt, brown sugar, dark fruits, banana, and yeast. carbonation was a little too low in my opinion. medium bodied.
