Commercial Description:
An aromatic blend of oats, chocolate and coffee enhances our classic Oatmeal Stout. Encompassing award-winning flavor, a rich black over ruby hue and a creamy tan head, this stout is memorable and enduring. All in all, a truly drinkable brew.

Pours black with standard aroma. Pretty standard flavor but more of that of a porter. Less sweet than I would imagine.

Tasty stout. Rich and filling, yet strangely drinkable. Hints of coffee, slight chocolate, no pavement, crisp and smokey. Beats the hell out of a cup of coffee in the morning.

Sample from bottle at Dayton Ale Fest. Dark black beer with a beige head. Not much aroma, light hints of roasted malt. Flavor is mild sweet malt, with some oat and coffee as well. Tasty and definitely drinkable.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Very black with firm creamy head. Tarry aluminium aroma. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Dense and highly roasted malt gives flavour of tar and smoke as well as dusty asphalt. Long dusty bitterness.

Dark brown with a tan head. Roasted malts, coffee, cocoa, lightly sour, mocha, and light oats in the aroma. Extremely smooth body. The oats come on a little stronger in the flavor, though not htat much. Toasty, malty, coffee, chocolate, as well. I wish the oatmeal was a little stronger, but very tasty anyhow.
