Draft at the Clybourn. Apprears a light amber with some white head. Balanced nose between toast and light citrus. Malt leads the way on the flavor. Still pretty balanced. Yes sir. We have beer.

Draft @ Cly. Pours dark gold with a white head. Aroma of malt and light hops. Flavor is very plain, but well balanced. Decent pale ale but nothing exciting.

Pours clear rich golden small fine froth. Not much of an aroma. Buttery glassy smooth, dull, no hops, English tasting, bitter and butter. Med light bodies some light sticky sweetness.

Just your standard pale ale as far as I could tell. hoppy enough to be called that, but very tame. Kind of a dark orange, and leaning towards the watery side, this is a good thing to have with food or if you are in for the long haul. Also, lowish carbonation made it pretty easy to put down.

Draught at GI Clybourn. Orange in color with a thing off-white head, some lacing. Balanced aroma of rich aromatic hops with a hint of citrus. Hops are evident in the flavor though well balanced with a sweet after taste. Finish is dry grassy. Bitterness lingers from this creamy medium bodied brew.

On tap at GI – Clybourn. Poured clear medium amber with a short, sticky off-white head.. nice lacing followed it down. The aroma was soft with caramel and toffee sweetness accented by floral, grassy, and grainy notes.. well-enough balanced, but it didn’t really do it for me. The flavor had alcohol-laced caramels at the core (felt stronger than the ABV indicates).. low-medium floral and grassy bitterness.. tacky, sweet, and boozy finish with another pinch of floral right at the end. Medium-bodied and the booze factor hurts the balance. OK.

On tap @ Clybourn.5oz pour. Non descript malty aroma with a touch of earthy hops. Golden colored, light head. Taste is light malt sweetness and a nice amoount of earthy/spicy hops that give the beer a moderate bitterness. Very drinkable.

Tap at cly. Hazy, dark amber, medium white head. Grainy malt aroma with slight citrus hops. Bubblegum flavor with grainy, sweet malt. Creamy medium body that was well carbonated. Okay, though the flavor leaves something to be desired.
