Commercial Description:
Kolsch, the clean and refreshing beer style of Cologne, Germany, quenches summertime thirst. This pale golden ale with a lightly fruity aroma is cold-conditioned or lagered after its primary fermentation. More simply, our Summertime uses only the finest malts and German hops to create the perfect beer for hot Summer days and warm Summer nights.

Citrusy taste. Golden in color and has a white head. Good beer for a summer day with friends. Not a MUST buy.

Pours light orange with nonexistent head. Aroma is a bit bitter with some malts. Flavor is fruity with some hops in the finish. Quite sour palate. Drinkable.

12 oz bottle. Slightly cloudy golden color, white head. Slightly hoppy aroma with iron and lemon. Citric hop flavor, malty finish. Light body, medium-light carbonation. Slightly too watery to be good.

From a 12 oz bottle courtesy of Strykzone, this poured a slightly cloudy golden color with a moderate white head that did not last long and left light lacing. Nose is mostly of coriander. Medium body with lots of carbonation. Flavor is mostly of malts with a little fruit. The finish is dry and slightly bitter,. A straight-forward and quite drinkable beer.

Dark yellow colored with little white head, lively carbonation. Fruity aroma with some floral hopping, some biting bready note also comes up. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more lemony with bitter and slightly floral hops still, aftertaste lasts with some bread and lemon still.

30th June 2008. Comes accross as a soft lager. Unremarkable beer and inoffensive just nothing special at all.

Bottle. Murky golden color, little head. Aroma includes hay, fruits and butter. Flavor is rather refreshing with a citric touch to it. Easy drinking.
