Jan 27, 2009 (Draught) Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of pumpkin spice, apple, nutmeg, cinnamon, and wheat. Flavor of apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Refreshing.

Oct 24, 2008 draft. Oh my gosh. What an awesome beer. Sweet and sour. Light yellow color. Super easy to drink. Like beer candy.

Oct 12, 2008 GABF 2008. A pale yellow color like i’d expect from a berliner weisse. This was the most flavorful berliner weisse I’ve ever tried. Sour wheat to be sure, but faint apple cinnamon as well.
