Clear golden dense white head that quickly dissipates. Light floral hops with a grainy-doughy malt aroma. The flavor is sweet, lightly caramel and grainy. Medium level of hops balances the sweetness. Enjoyable and forgettable.

An easy drinking beer that is pleasent on the palate. This is a very good beer that you could enjoy every day

Tried a sample at Brewfest Tallahassee. Nice malt flavor with some sweetness and caramel, but I was hoping for more.

St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa. Pours off copper with notes of malt. Large hints of malts and toffee sweetness on the palate and finish.

Simple, a bit sweet, straight forward, not unpleasant. Perhaps too watery? Light for a bock.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Market Square Liquors - 12 oz bottle. Pleasant medium copper pour. Sweet aroma with hints of caramel and a hint of Christmas spices. Flavor has a good solid malty backbone with some toffee undertones, a hint of chocolate and a slight hoppy bite with some underlying citrus and just a hint of buttery notes. Clean, crisp mouthfeel. Overall, a solid bock.

Apple pie and apricot aroma, bready and doughy. Shimmering amber, no head. Malty apricot with a parsley finish. A bit off balance and wanting some tartness. A little creamy. Alcohol is well concealed.
