Bottle from local Krogers. Pours a clear copper color with a medium head that was mostly lasting. Good malty aroma. Medium body with sticky texture. Good well balanced sweet flavor with a short bitter finish.

When ordering this beer, I thought they had it wrong. A bock that was golden? It has a surprising flavor that you wound not expect. Floral hops and very smooth, almost smokey in nature. Finishes with a bitter aftertaste that goes away fairly quick. I enjoyed this beer.

A little darker in color than the pilsner wih the same diminishing head. Light sweet malty aroma. Earthy and malty in the flavor. Semi-sweet, a little on the bitter side. Aftertaste is shallow not to apealling. Not very well balanced.

On draught. Tasted during trip to California. Golden clear colour with a nice head. Not much aroma just some notes of malt. Really borring beer speciel for a bock. Malty taste that ends up sweet in the end.

Really good. Knew I had to try this when I saw it on the awning. Delicious accent to the bock with blondy lagery flavory notes. Hard to describe aroma.

disappointing and nonmemorable. although the alcohol is quite present in the taste, there seems to be little else.

Bottle: Yellowish golden, clear, large foamy off-white head, fairly attractive lacing, few streams of carbonation.   Big malty aroma, sweet, slight cardboard.   Smells like the inside of a new house... wtf?!?!   Malty start, slight biscuit, not as sweet as the aroma suggested.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Slight alcohol finish, smidgen of hop and again with the touch of cardboard.   Meh... the 7% and cheap price make it a great bang for the buck tho.

Looked nothing like it taste. Pours out looking like bud light... taste very dark and caramel. a bubbly white head. Wish that stayed a while longer. It has a sweet malt aroma with a touch of floral hops and a suggestion of smoke. The smooth brew is all about rich caramel malt in the flavor. There’s a nice, herbal & floral hop finish.
