| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 24, 2005 Looks like a standard lager, not like a bock. I guess that is why it’s a "blond bock." Grainy type flavor with some slight bitterness on the end. Malty and sweet. Drinkable but uninspiring. Carbonated nicely with a solid mouthfeel though. jujuparijs (22), USA

I think this is worse than just about all the rest of their beers I’ve had. Very noticeable alcohol, not discernibly likeable flavors. Stay away. Holdwine (908), Beertimore, Maryland, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 15, 2005 typical GB flavoring...malt always winning the headstrong psuedo german battle. this one has a sprinkle of the fruit hopness up the nose and on the palate but barely enought to mension. crisp in dry on the palate. not crazy about these beers. turbo (1254), Arizona, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Mar 13, 2005 Bottle poured a light orange amber with a good head.
Aroma is light malt, fruit and a touch of hops.
Flavor is light hops and just a bit malty.
This is a well ballanced, refreshing summer beer.
