Beershine (1440), Miami Beach, Florida, USA May 12, 2008 Draught, Miami location. Clear amber. Small white head. Slight bit of lace scattered about unevenly. Diacetyl and sourness. Vanilla and some odd smoke, just as with the hefe had side-by-side. Flaws or unclean taps suspected...Prickly mouthfeel. Slight hop in the finish. Autolyzed yeast dominates. Tough to get through.

Overloaded with the bitterness of hops along with notes of pepper. Nothing I would recommend, as I couldn’t even finish my sample. Noble hops are the show here. I enjoy them. Lots of hop flavor and bitterness. Medium body and dry. High carbonation. Not great, but drinkable.
