Draught, Miami location. Clear amber. Small white head. Slight bit of lace scattered about unevenly. Diacetyl and sourness. Vanilla and some odd smoke, just as with the hefe had side-by-side. Flaws or unclean taps suspected...Prickly mouthfeel. Slight hop in the finish. Autolyzed yeast dominates. Tough to get through.

Sep 10, 2008 On tap at the Columbus location.Pours a amber color with a thin lacing head.The nose was spicy and hoppy.Flavor had a nice bitter hop bite as it finished bitter where it stuck on the back of my throat.

Aug 14, 2008 Poured golden with a trim white head from the tap in Tempe. Overloaded with the bitterness of hops along with notes of pepper. Nothing I would recommend, as I couldn’t even finish my sample.

Aug 3, 2008 Pours clear golden with lots of white head. Noble hops are the show here. I enjoy them. Lots of hop flavor and bitterness. Medium body and dry. High carbonation. Not great, but drinkable.
