(Bottled on 08/25/09) This is one of those beers that if you like lager makes you think about the beer that almost is. While this beer is not a world classic it is nonetheless a nice beer. First and foremost it is dry and lightly bitter upfront and the finish is pils malt and moderate spicy hops. Certainly a beer that must be consumed very fresh.

Dec 4, 2009 This is a very dry and grassy tasting beer. . There is a little bit of a spiciness. The carbonation is active, similar to pop rocks. No aftertaste.

Nov 26, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a bright, deep honey-golden color; effervescent; thin white head with good retention and fine-bubbled lacing; attractive, bright pour. Very light, clean aroma: basic sugar, honey; not much here. Medium mouthfeel: lively carbonation; again, basic sugar, cereal malts, and a touch of honey upfront; very light hop character (nondescript bitterness); this isn’t so very distinguishable from a solid premium lager; simple, moderately crisp and bitter. The finish is the nicest part of this: lots of toastiness, bread, and a solid mineral bitterness; pleasant ending.

Nov 19, 2009 Clear yellow, thin whitish cover. Aroma is grassy hops, clean light malt. Taste is clean, grassy hops, malt sweetness, light metallic.

Nov 8, 2009 Pours a golden color with a smaller off white colored head. Notes of pears, earthy/catty hops, and dawn dish soap which is not necessarily a bad thing. Medium weight, medium finish. Easy quaffer.

Aroma: Light malt with a crisp hops finish.
Appearance: Golden in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Light malt flavor with some hops coming through.
Palate: Dry with a good Mouthfeel.

Nov 6, 2009 On tap. Clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is faint with grain notes. Taste is water, sharp and husky with a bitter finish but little hop flavor. Fizzy and dry.

Oct 30, 2009 12oz bottle. clear gold under a medium sized, quicky dissipating, foamy white head. clean refreshing aroma with some sweet malts and light fruity hops. flavor has some bitterness with some cereal flavors. just kind of bitter and uninteresting.
