On tap. Clear light golden coloured with no head. Very slightly malted with notes of hops, spices and also a bit grassy.

Very pale with foamy white head and slightly carbonated. Aroma is grassy, light hint of hops. Tastes like roasted water with a slight warming at the end. Taste like a BMC hybrid.

Sampled at the Broomfield, CO location. Beer was clear, light, pale gold with thin, white, mostly and quickly diminishing head. Unengaging, flat aroma. Malty with light notes of toasted grain; Hoppy with light herbal notes, grass. The flavor was moderately sweet, trace acidic with a short, clean finish. The body was light, the texture was watery and the carbonation was lively.

"A very dissapointing beer. Very traditional golden amber color. It poured with an average sized white head. The beer was very lacking in taste, and seemed watered down. The hops come through in the aftertaste pretty strongly. Not worth your money. "

Tasted like watered down beer. Plus, the cougar in the booth next to us was making me mad. Probably wouldn’t order any of the Biersch offerings after trying the sampler platter in Las Vegas.

On tap, Las Vegas location. Pale gold in colour. Faint light malt and herbal hop aromas. Neutral flavors (light malt) with hardly any hop notes. Mild bitterness with a watery body. Very bland, but I guess every brewpub has at least one beer like this.

Draft. LIght sweet malt aroma. LIght yellow color with small head. Sweet smooth malt flavor. Very nice drinkable beer especially for the style.
