Kansas City GB. Pale yellow body with a bright white head. The aroma was apple core and grass. The taste was bready with a little bit of grass. A decent malty cereal finish.

Draft sampler at Columbs brewpub. Pale yellow color, pale lager-like aroma, thin body, bittesweet flavor with bitterness seeming to come more from cheap adjuncts than hops. Maybe a good starter beer for those seeking to expand their beer orizons--or maybe not.

[Miami, FL] Draft: The brewmaster needs to get a refresh on beer styles 101, it’s not bad but it’s not "lightly hopped" or close to a German lager. Candy-like aroma and taste, grassy, honey and fruity. Rather sweet.

Draft, consumed at Gordon Biersch Pasadena on 12/03/07. Clear, pale gold with small ring of bubbles around edges of glass and some lacing. Vague aroma of beer. Wish I could be more specific, but this is the smell you get when you first walk into a bar, you know? Crisp, light flavor of sweet grain (corn?) with no bitterness to report. Evaporative sensation on finish leaving dry but not parched tongue and almost no aftertaste. Masterfully executed but only a little interesting to my palate.

Pale Amber, No head. Looks a bit like Apple Juice, honestly. Basic lager with a little bite at the end of it. Suited the patio- on - a- hot- day concept. Good thing because that’s when i had it.

Not quite as strong as I would like in a Dortmunder. I would have liked something a little darker. It kind of tastes like more of a pale lager. The flavor is crisp, dry, a little hoppy, but not too much, and kind of nondescript. Not bad, but not that good either. In summary, as a pale lager it’s good, as a Dortmunder it’s not so great.

On tap at the Hawaii Location. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of grains and some citrus. Tastes of grains, some bread and citrus. Thin and light.

Light yellow, clear, good head. Soft malt flavor. Very faint hay hops on the finish. Perhaps not always a favorite style, but nicely done. Not bad at all. VA Beach location.
