Nov 25, 2009 Very cloudy ambar colour, almost no head and very little lacing.
Yeasty bread aroma with sweet fruit noticeable.
Very noticeable bubblegum and fruit flavour, yeasty bread and noticeable carbonation.
Very good beer, better than the Marzen

Nov 22, 2009 Impressive hefe! Aroma of banana, clove and a bit of alcohol. Creamy head soaks into the toungue and lightens the mood immediatley. Classic cloudy yellowish amber. Very refreshing, one of the better hefes on tap out there.

Nov 19, 2009 Hazy yellow-orange, white cover. Mostly banana and clove aroma. Taste is banana, coriander, clove, light citrus sweetness.

Nov 14, 2009 Im not your traditional Hefe lover but this one is good. Little spice, smell and taste of bananna. Good overall not filtered brew.

Nov 14, 2009 Actually had on-tap at the GB brewpub in Seattle.
A: Poured with a large, white head that hung around for awhile, before dissipating down to a mere 1/4 finger. Nice lacing on the glass. Body is a dark golden color, and quite cloudy.
S: I was a little disappointed with the aroma after how great the beer looked, as the smells of wheat and lemon were actually quite weak. Not bad, just difficult to find.
T: Smooth and light, with wheat, lemon/lime and some coriander present. A very decent-tasting hefe.
M: Medium-bodied and very creamy, with average carbonation.
D: Really, better than I was expecting. Instead of a churned-out-quickly hefeweizen, it looked great, tasted fine, and was very smooth and creamy on the palate. Definitely something I’d order again.

Nov 8, 2009 Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium to large sized pillowy white head. Flavor and nose is dominated by bazooka joe bubble gum, a little bit of clove, and hints of grain. Between the bubble gum and the overly sweet taste, I am not a fan. Moderate mouthfeel and medium length finish.

Appearance: Golden in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Light banana with the wheat malt flavors.
Palate: Dry with a good Mouthfeel.
Overall: Nice beer.
