ilovedarkbeer (1326), Dallas, Texas, USA Nov 8, 2009 Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium to large sized pillowy white head. Flavor and nose is dominated by bazooka joe bubble gum, a little bit of clove, and hints of grain. Between the bubble gum and the overly sweet taste, I am not a fan. Moderate mouthfeel and medium length finish. BrewDad (2363), Olympia, Washington, USA Nov 6, 2009 Gordon Biersch – Seattle, WA

tmoreau (527), Lombard, Illinois, USA Oct 7, 2009 On tap and Weizen glass served at GB-Bollingbrook, IL. A straw/light gold color with a modest white, foamy head that gradually reduced to a film and small ring, and left some spots and streaks of lacing. The aroma was bread and ripe banana with spice as clove, and a hint of meaty yeast. Less the fleeting yeast note, the flavor was similar with some soft carbonation and light body. A decent Hefe. BVery (446), Burnsville, Minnesota, USA Sep 11, 2009 TAP (Kansas City location): hazy yellow pour, mild lacing. Nice banana & clove nose, a little lemon on taste, decent beer. zizzybalubba (335), Elizabeth City, North Carolina, USA Sep 5, 2009 On tap at the Virginia Beach location. Cloudy yellowish-orange color with a 3/4 inch white head. Aroma of ripe bananas and bubblegum. Tasty bubblegum flavor with light lemon and orange citrus. A good hefeweizen and probably the best beer I have had from Gordon Biersch. Uglyradio (773), Greenville, South Carolina, USA Sep 3, 2009 On tap at Reagan International Airport in D.C....Cloudy pale golden color....Lasting white head....Yeasty aroma...Mild bubblegum and yeast flavor...Fully carbonated...Good stuff Butters (1622), Virginia, USA Sep 2, 2009 On draft at the Miami location. Hazy dull straw pour with minimal off white head. Nose is pleasant banana, clove, and a mild mellow spiciness. Flavor has a metallic twinge, sweet grain, with a lightly bitter finish. Moderate carbonation with a lemon peel aftertaste. Great nose, just an average brew though. j12601 (1149), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA Aug 29, 2009
