This was a nice beer durning a Hot Baseball game. Nice crisp taste but light on flavor. A good beer during the summer.

This was an "okay" beer (had it with dodger dogs at a dodger game which I think made it a heck of a lot better). Although I couldn’t note the coloring, the aroma wasn’t really intense and it had a toasty malt tasting to it which lasted through the finish. Quite enjoyable at a baseball game.

On tap at DC location during RBSG 2006. Dark clear copper with a white head. Caramel, grassy hops and light green apple in the nose. Flavor has notes of noble hops, bread, toasted malt, toffee/caramel. Moderately sweet, well-balanced. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Not exciting, but pretty solid.

Bottle (12oz). Clear amber with a large lasting white fluffy head. Sweet light caramel malt, hint of apricot and floral hops, slightly metallic. Taste is clean, sweet light roast caramel malt, light herbal hops, a little toffeeish in the finish; medium body, sticky and syrupy, no linger at all. Nothing wrong with it, a little sticky, I’d like a little hint of roastiness, or at least some more hops.

Very fresh and clean tasting. Nice bitter finish. Head seems to last longer than what I have read. I like this, and the Pilsner they make. Great in a stein. Have a good day! Cheers!

Dark amber color with a minimal head. Not much going for this brew, malty aroma and taste, but not that well done.

Vaguely drinkable was a good way to describe this. Probably wouldn’t order any of the Biersch offerings after trying the sampler platter in Las Vegas.

(Bottled) Nose is malty with a raisiny undertone; copper colored with a small, quickly disipating head; flavor shows the malts, caramel, and a small hoppy finish. Evidently the bottled is better than the draft.
