Tastes malty, metallic, a bit skunky, and slightly bitter. Finish is bitter. Lots and lots of prickly bubbles. Light in the mouth with very little body. Not bad. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 2, 2005 12oz bottle -Color is dark amber with a modest creamy headthat disapates quickly. The aroma is mostly sweet malt with a touch of hop and citrus. The flavor is mostly that of a slightly sweet maltiness with a touch of bitterness. Mouth feel is full with just the right amount of carbonation. The finish is kind of dry and a tad bitter. This is an okay beer, very drinkable, but not exceptional in any way! | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 30, 2005 Bottle. Pours a clear copper, quite effervescent, and thin head. Light nutty, metallic aroma. Somewhat pleasant, semi-sweet, start, and light nutty bitter finish. Some weak (dry) brown sugar notes. Thin body. "Good for drinking on the golf course at night." Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark

Dark clear golden colour with an easy disappearing foam. Allmost no aroma, only hints of malt. Very dry and borring taste definately not my favorites. GregClow (2516), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 19, 2005 Draught pint at the LAX Terminal 8 location. Light orange-copper colour with a small head. Aroma is mild and malty, with some toasted nut notes. Flavour is toasty as well, with some roasted grains and caramel, and pleasant hops in the finish. Not earth-shattering, but well-made and refreshing. It provided a nice diversion as I waited for my connecting flight to San Diego after a long haul from Toronto to LA. Definately the best beer I’ve ever had in an airport, but I don’t travel much, so that may be faint praise... TheBeerGod (3173), Newport News, Virginia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 8, 2005 From a sampler at the Gordon Biersch DC location on September 4th, 2005. Copper body. Nose is dried fruit, thinned caramel, and dried nuttiness. Taste is dried fruit, thinned caramel, sweet malts, and a faint hint of citrus. Body is medium. A light carabonation tingle with this. Finishes malty and caramelly with more fruit coming through. Nuffield (2728), Roseville, Minnesota, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 6, 2005 Low head, light copper. Dry grass trumps the caramels, hops over malt in the aroma. Some fruit as it rollicks around my mouth. Extremely average/standard palate--brewpub carbonation drives it. Drinkable. (on tap at downtown Washington, D.C. location) beaconstreet (811), Washington DC, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 3, 2005 Not super sweet, nice color. Apparently their best seller in the CO location. I had a round after the sampler, just seemed right. A pretty fair pass the time beer.
