Nov 8, 2005 Bottle from local Kroger. Pours clear copper color with small frothy white head that was slow in diminishing with light lacing. Light hop aroma. Light to medium body with thin texture. Light balanced sweet flavor with short finish. Clean tasting alternative to macro brews.

Oct 19, 2005 Had on tap at their dowtown Atlanta establishment. Medium gold pour, white, very frothy head with decent lacing. Fresh lake water aroma, with some buttery notes in the back end. Buttery notes carry over to the flavor. Honey-like sweetness permeates throughout and adds a nice touch. Clean, medium thick mouthfeel. Very decent brewpub pils.

Oct 11, 2005 Updated: Apr 6, 2006On tap at the Atlanta location. light gold in color. crisp. good mouth feel. not a lot of flavor, but this would be an excellent summer beer. very refreshing, good tongue tingle. no off flavors whatsoever, good balance. UPDATE 4/2/6: On tap at the San Francisco brewpub. pale yellow w/ a white head that was pretty decent. Weak aroma of straw and lager yeast. The flavor is nice with a good hop bitterness. and a pleasant tingle of carbonation to the tongue. Quick finish of mild yet lingering hops. The brewmaster at the SF location makes good beer.

Oct 7, 2005 Not really a good beer, or a good pilsener. The only thing that makes this beer drinkable is that it’s smooth enough to be drinkable, if that makes sense.

Oct 5, 2005 Very golden and light in color with a very diminishing head. A not too overwhelming aroma of hops. Flavor is slightly malty, crisp but fades over time. A clean somewhat bitter finish. Not so much a stand alone beer but would be good with some spicy dishes.

Sep 30, 2005 On draught. Tasted during trip to California. Golden clear colour with a nice head. Some yeasty and fruity aroma. Too much fruit flavour in the beer speciel for a pilsner.

Jul 8, 2005 12 oz bottla - Pours Golden and Fairly Clear - Fluffy white head. Aroma is of light malts a touch of skunk and some light floral hops. Flavor is light malts balanced pretty well with light hops. On the palate this is crisp and clean. A pretty good brew for the style!
