The taste was not much better. Someone said metallic-tasting, which is close. I just could not get over the smell. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 25, 2005 Draught, Atlanta location. Clear golden body with a clean, sudsy white head. Lightly biscuity malt aroma with buttery notes. Fairly obvious diacetyl but not excessive. Subdued, spicy hop character. Moderate crisp, bitter finish. Decent Bohemian pils. This was the best G.B. beer during my visit.
