| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 14, 2009 Tap at the San Francisco Airport location: Golden pour with good clarity adn a dense off white head that sticks around. Sweet pilsner aroma- some vegetal malt character, mild flowery saaz notes- clean. Rounded flavor with a crisp light palate. Firm malt base is reminiscent of sweet potato- evident herbal saaz/ peppery hallertau bitterness balances the pils base. ot far off from Pilsner Urquell. Solid, and a bit underrated. milljam (584), Norman, Oklahoma, USA
