Another good bready fragrance on a brew. On the palate its friendly at first, then it turns on you at the end with a near acrid character. Some bitter pilsner linger in the finish. A little coarse.

On tap at the Seattle location. Thin, run of the mill lager. Tasted extremely similar to asparagus, which I didn’t think was a very good thing.

On tap at the Virginia Beach location. Clear gold with a fluffy white head. Dry floral grainy nose, a bit of what I think is lime. Flavor is more of the same, rather light overall, but not bad.

On tap at Tempe Location. Classic pilsner yellow with fizzy white head. Aroma of hops....barely and no much else. Very watered down preseence of malt and hops and not much else there either. Very easy drinking pilsner, but not my cup of tea.

12oz bottle. Golden with a fluffy head. Spicy and grassy aroma that is backed up with some sweetness. The flavor is a little stale hoppy with light malts and mild bitterness in the end. Spritzy, clean feel. Not too old of a sample, but I can tell that this needs to be really fresh to be on, and its sad that its hard to get it younger than a couple months around here (Santa Cruz)considering the brewery is a hour drive north.

Draught at Dulles International Airport, Washington. Golden color, small offwhite head. Rather weak hoppy aroma. Hoppy, fruity flavor, quite nice bitter grassy finish.

Draft at Dulles Airport - I was blown away by this beer. Shocked by the low ratings. Malty, citrus and slight hop aroma. Flavor was slightly malty with a perfect hop bitterness. This beer was great from start to finish and got better as it warmed.

Bottled. Clear golden, amber colour. Frothy white head that dissolves into a film. Aroma is sweet malt and grain. Flavour is dominated by malt but settles into slight bitterness before a short finish. Nice pils.
