Brownish gold color with some lasting off-white head. Aroma was lager-like with some slightly citrusy hops. Flavor is some biscuity malt, sort of grainy but somewhat sweet also and APA style hopping. I thought this was either an APA or a hopped-up winter lager. Sort of strange beer, but enjoyed it. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Pure gold, mostly clear, white 1/2 inch head. Lemony, lemon-lime soda aromas are inviting on a hot day and suggest refreshment if not super beer. Thin body. Decent crisp, peppery hop aftertaste but altogether an unexceptional brew. dwyerpg (2537), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw as well as a light touch of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and citrus, leading to a dry finish where the straw note lingers around. Earlier Rating: 10/7/2006 Total Score: 3 [Had this as Summerfest at the DC location] A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very lightly malty with hints of wheat. The flavor is crisply sweet malty with good hop notes that gives the beer both citrusy notes as well as a bitter finish, that balances the sweetness nicely.
