Oct 29, 2006 on tap-pours a thin white head with a yellow/gold color. Aroma sweet-honey, grain. Taste is plenty of sweet-honey, grain secondary hops. Squeaky clean dry mouth feel. Nice. OK carbonation.

Jun 18, 2006 Draught. Pours golden honey with a tiny patchy white head and lined lacing. Aroma is honey, malt (toasted grain, meal) and sour yeast. Medium bitterness and acidity, malty and honey, nutty flavor, slight hop finish. Medium bodied, clean and smooth, refreshing palate.

Apr 3, 2006 This ale has a distinct aroma and flavor of honey but is somewhat acidic and odd, I really could not past it. The gimicky name and label somehow made me uncomfortable with the contents, could not finish it.
