| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 16, 2005 Draft at brewery: Clear and light golden with a bright white head. Light body; moderate carbonation. Very flowery and aromatic, with notes of spice and perfume. Healthy underlying malt sweetness, but the malts were kind of light, and the bitterness seemed to overpower the malts. a flowery bitterness filled up the dry finish. Overall: aromas were nice, malts were kind of weak, and the balance slanted toward the bitter end.
