After a beer sampler on Valentines Day, this was our beer of choice for the eve. The hop bitterness/aroma is quite nice. Could have used a little more malt for my tastes. Not quite an IPA, but a pretty strong APA.

Draft Brewery-An amber body with a decent head which has an aroma of citrus and hops. Taste of hops and more hops with a citrusy back end.

on tap-pours a creamy white head with a gold color. Aroma is crisp citrus hops. Taste is crisp citrus hops, secondary medium malt. Nice, clean mouth feel. (Recently revised recipe increased hops, per brewer-Jeremy). Good effervescence.

Draught. Pours coppery sunset with a small patchy off-white head and spotty lacing. Aroma is hoppy grass and pine, caramel malt (meal). Hoppy start, grassy and malty flavor, nutty, moderate acidity, mild bitterness, grapefruit hop finish. Medium bodied, fizzy and spicy palate.

Draft at brewery: Slightly cloudy; apricot hue. Great texture. Rich malts have notes of powdered cocoa, sweet caramel, and toasty toffee. Grassy, earthy hops complement the malts wonderfully. Some lesser notes of fruit -dried apricots and sweet oranges. Surprisingly good APA.

Very well balanced. Tart hop presence and is very well balanced with the malts in the end. A very long and delicious finish. These labels are horrible, but the beer is passable.
