| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 10, 2005 From the can: Pours pale yellow with large bubbling white head that fizzed away.almost immediately leaving a thin layer. Smells better than I imagined it would. Slightly peppery and wheat aroma (even though I’m sure there’s no wheat in there).
Taste is pleasing though rather unremarkable. Very smooth, very very smooth. Just barely enough of a malty hook at the end.
Easy choice for a session Helles.

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 8, 2005 I was pleasantly surprised by this beer. Was expecting a dull, american macro type based on the previous ratings. But this beer has lots of flavor. Starts with a big head. Color is golden. Would compete with a Heineken, maybe even better based on the stronger flavor. Foxbush (457), Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 22, 2005 This beer was purchased at the Caboose in Ashland, VA. The head was thin and no lacing. The color was a clear straw and inviting. The taste was gaseous and thin. Not much there. It is their export beer and much like the mass produced beers in the states. | 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 17, 2005 Hmmm, so this is the beer that "tickles the palates of beer-lovers around the world." Here I thought it was one of Miller’s premium beers. Gold with a quickly dead head, it has a slightly skunky, grainy aroma, something a bit dirty. Good carbonation, but the taste is corny-sweet and metallic. I’m not sure if it’s hops gone bad or a tinny bitterness in the finish. tupalev (2616), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
| 0.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | May 24, 2005 Well, probably another country, which is the only positive thing I can say for this, one of the homestretch beers on International Night of Swill. Canned skunky aroma, flavourless watered down taste, not offensive. No signs of the balanced hopping, or hopping of any kind, from what the description tells me. Very light flavour. Not much to it. Somehwhat of a metallic taste aswell. Fairly smooth to drink, slight carbonation in the mouth. Overall this beer is nothing special. | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 12, 2005 Beer #17 in the line-up at The International Night Of Swill. Pale yellow colour. Aroma is metallic and slightly stale. Average, non-descript flavour. Should be called Gasser, as it made me burpy. Yes, I’m starting to get loopy from all the crappy beers. Only three more to go!
