Apr 26, 2005 Updated: Sep 27, 2005(Bottle 50 cl) Apparently Austria’s most famous beer beer on the export-market. In my version just called "Gösser Beer" at 5,1% ABV. Golden, hazy with a fine, dense head that sticks to the glass. Unusually soft mouthfeel - actually reminds me of a Weissbier, but completely without the acidity. Some - but not much - bitterness. Nov 16, 2007 50 cL can. Pours clear yellow with a dense white head. Slight lemon fruity aroma. Flavour holds a mild malty breadish note to an otherwise lemonish flavoured beer. Ends slight citric and with a subdued sweetness, no real bitterness. Fresh but also bland, but no offensive.
