Golden clear appearance that poured very flat. Some carbonisation and a lingering sweetness.Traces of citrus and all round quite an easy beer to sup.Refreshing but not outstanding.

Pours a rich golden colour. Crisp refreshing taste. Not a great complex beer but great for sitting out in the sun.

Bottle. I like Gosser, I think it’s a fine example of a Helles and it’s fine out of the bottle. Sweet and malty with a enough subtle bitterness that it still tastes like beer. This is definitely on my regular buy list.

I don’t really understand why the rating is so low for this one. It’s not so bad, geez. I guess they can’t make the claim it’s "Austria’s Finest Beer", but it’s better than the alternative slogan, "Hey, at least it’s not skunky..." This is actually a very fine beer. Classic soft Helles feel to it with just the right amount of subtle malty goodness defining the flavour throughout. Nicely crisp when fresh and oh-so refreshing! At the price this is a very good product.

Straw colour with a big bubby head. Medium body with a good malt flavour and a nice hop bitterness.

Not too bad. Reminded me in many ways of other light European lagers. Sort of skunky. Poured a beautiful thick white head, aroma was definately malty. Very crisp finish. Good beer.

Pours pale and sparkling with a thin head; grassy-malt aroma; bittersweet malt flavour; very refreshing Austrian brew. (500ml can)

flowery, sweetish aroma. Pours a golden yellow, thin head. Light tasting, sweetness, some hops. Some malt in there. Refreshing.
