Can, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours very bright and shiny seledine - yellow, not that clear, very pale body colour, suggesting a light Märzen, head is frothy, very thick, strong compact with a firm lacing. Head is initially huge and very slowly decreasing to medium. Beer is gently sparkling and the saturation is very nice.
Aroma: Alcoholic at the background with accidic, woody accents like from an old wood from the barrel being wet and soft, graphite, strong chalkyness, paper, cardboard, dust, again considerable alcoholic accent but soft, strong spicy, milky with very nice, pleasant and soft with white wine - grape notes, barley accent, vanilla.
Flavour: Front is sweet, perfumy hops become present in nose at front, gentel alcoholic touch which mixes with flowery accents creating an impression of drinking perfumes but definitely positive and typical of its style. The characteristic touch of spiciness in hoppy profile, flowery on the one hand with gently bitter tongue and spiciness but on the other hand smooth and silky in texture without alcoholic dryness, candy like aftertaste with gently grainy accents of barley malt. No harshness of carbonation with is barley present on palate. Finish duration is moderate to long.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is very smooth, carbonation on palate is very soft, finish feel is clean, slightly spicy and pure grainy at the background.

A clear yellow colored beer, with a huge white foamy head. It disappears quickly. An aroma of grassy malts and hops. The tast is mild, with some malt and a little grainery. It has a dry aftertaste.

33cl can. Pours clear & pale yellow with a fluffy large white head. Fresh aroma of hay, grass & corn. Thin mouthfeel. Quite crispy with hop notes. A bit boring but not horrible!
