bottle. Hazy golden yellow, large and creamy head. Malty nose. Malty nd yeasty with a shy hoppyness.

Medium shiny white lasting fine-laced head. Light yellow body with carbonation. Light fruity peppery hop aroma with light meaty notes. Mild grassy peppery hop taste with apple and citrus notes. Soft mouthfeel. Dry chalky grassy aftertaste. Decent. (0.3l draft, Zwetter, Salzburg.)

Comments: A rather generic take on the style with faded maltiness and lots of bubbles.

Draft - Hazy golden body with lots of bubbles, medium sized bubbles in white head with creamy top; Quite small but pleasant nose malty mineral; Big good carbonation in good soft body quite big, balanced, bitter could have more character; Medium long malty finish more warming then fresh. Alright beer, could be both fresher and more complex.

Bottle. Golden colour with a medium frothy moslty lasting white head. Aroma of malts with hoppy notes.

Bottled, in Vienna. Cloudy, not very fizzy. Full flavour, could easily be mistaken for a hefe weisse. Harmonic beer taste, it says on the label, and I agree. Fine hops, both flowery and bitter.

A Draught beer sampled at the brewery tap. A Golden slightly hazy beer with little head retention of a white head. Initially a pale malty/sherbetty taste, following through as the (unknown)hop character builds to a medium end where both flavours subside together in a slighty sticky end. not a bad beer, as all the breweris seem to be trying out their procivities at making a Zwickelbeer.
