The flavor starts out bitter, then comes a soft sweetness with a little sulfor note (could it be the water?), then comes a prickling bitterness together with a metallic note. It has a good start, but then it turns weird. Not a pilsener I can recommend. Papsoe (15107), Frederiksberg, Denmark
