Jul 26, 2008 Bottle [Sk8viking great American blind tasting] average creamy white head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy pale yellow color. Aroma of hay, straw, grain, grass. Over the palate came light biscuit. Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light dry and bitter finish.

Aug 4, 2007 (100cl swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy foamy head. Sweet grainy aroma, minimal worty with notes of honey and hay-like hops, accompanied by a light touch of barnyard. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied carbonation with a medium to crispy carbonation. Grainy and yeasty taste that becomes quite bitter towards the finish, espeacially combined by spicy herbal hops. Solid Zwickel.
