clear dark red, whispy off white head, touch of lace, huge sweet ripe fruit aroma with strong figs and dates, sweet chocolate malt flavor well blended with great fruity character, light bitterness in the finish adds just the right amount of bitterness

Rich, dark Belgian ale. Strong dark fruit notes, and probably too much yeast for my tastes.

Dark amber ale. Malt aroma, spicy, fruity. Sweet, strong malt flavour; this brew still needs some aging. The palate is equilibrate.

Clear brown with medium off white head. Sweet malty aroma with overripe fruits and yeast. Sweet flavor with roasted malt, toffee, fruits and yeast. Alcohol well hidden. Ends sweet.

Hazy dark brown body that pours with a quickly dissipating head. Rich fruity aroma that’s all over the place -- I smell raisins, cherries, banana and vanilla. Sweet flavor, a bit yeasty and spicy, with alcohol undertones.

Bottle. Dark brown/red beer withthin beige head. Choc and dark malts with some fruit and winey nose. Slightly sweet in mouth. Finish is ultimately very hoppy and dry with more choc/wine. Got better as the beer went on.

Clear ruby color, big off-white head. Aroma has grapefruit, raisins and malt. Sweetish balanced palate: sugar, toffee, alcohol. Full-bodied and pleasant.

Dark brown with a huge, lasting head. The aroma has sweetness, malt plum and figs. The flavour is sweet, but not cloying. It has notes of brown sugar, raisin, plum and citrus just before the finish and after a brief pause it returns in the dry finish. A beer to enjoy.
