Apr 15, 2006 YEHAA 400 :-D Pours a dark red amber with an off-white dimminishing head. Moderate sweetness with some bitterness. Aromas of caramel, fruits, yeast (light) and port. Full creamy body with a soft caarbonation. Slightly bitter finish with some alchohol notes.

Aug 10, 2008 Rich brown, tan head with very nice lacing. Nose is plum, raisin, caramel, tons of other dark fruits, yeast, honey, sweet heaven. Flavor is yeast, toffee, caramel, tobacco and dark fruits, rich malt. A bit of hoppiness comes out in the finish, along with more yeast and a very rich fruit pit flavor. Body is stunning - very soft, turning to ultra light bubbliness when it hits my tongue. Just wow.

Jun 11, 2007 Bottle provided by kegoguinness. Clear red body with small, off-white head. The aroma is vinous, brown sugar, herbal, spice and plums. The flavor is slightly sweet, raisins, prunes, toffee, candi sugar and light spice. Medium body with soft carbonation and a warm finish.

Jan 17, 2007 Bottle 33 cl. Aroma: caramel and slightly alcohol. Brown colour, small, light brown, head. Caramel flavour with some spiciness. Medium-body. Taste is sweet-bitter.

Jan 31, 2007 330ml bottle. Hazy brown hue with defined ruby highlights. Thick, creamy off-white head. Sweet smokey nose. Strong caramel and toffee aromas. Hints of cooked sugar and cinnamon spices. Apparent alcohol nose. Full bodied with a smooth malty sweetness. Toffee notes with a warming alcohol note. Burnt sugar sweetness. Cocoa. Slight citrus lemony yeast note. Long and sticky, but on a lighter note. These guys make fantastic beers!

Mar 20, 2009 33 cl bottle at Ris Ras, Århus - shared with Roger. Copper color, nice off-white head. Aroma is very fruity. Flavor is fruity and very sweet, hops and alcohol. Very dry finish. Lovely.

Aug 8, 2008 Bottle. poured dark reddish brown with a fluffy beige head. Very fruity aroma with notes of yeast, candy, caramel and malts. Flavour is dark fruits, berries, dark brown sugar and caramel. Great mouthfeel.
