Aroma is very fruity, lightly vinous, alot of caramel and light notes of chocolate and alcohol. taste is dark fruit, rich caramel, spices, yeasty and bready. lightly spicy and a touch of alcohol in the finish. There was a two finger bubbly light tan head. The smell is awesome, with caramel, coffee, dried fruit, chocolate and candy. This beer coats your whole mouth and warms your soul going down. Aroma of figs with sweet alcohol notes and typical Belgian yeast is easily identifiable and greatly enjoyable.
