Very dark brown colour, Beige head, low retention. Nice bready, malty aroma, notes of cinimon, sweet and malty. Creamy dark fruit flavours. Slightly arcoholic, really nice I could make this my Standard Belgian.

Confronts your nose with aromas of wood, chocolate and malt. Taste is a plethora of greatness. Caramel, toffee, malt, all play with your mouth. Strong alcohol taste that bites and leaves a strong aftertaste. Very nice beer that you can sit, relax and enjoy.

I shared a bottle of this with BeerBaron617. I like Belgians a lot, and this one does not dissapoint. I have actually have had this on tap at Ashley’s in AA, and think I prefer it in bottle form. It’s a dark straw yellow with a thick white head. Its aroma is sweet and fruity, apples and white grapes. It’s incredibly bubbly, it’s almost like champagne in mouthfeel and taste. It’s light, and refreshing, perfect for a summer evening. I’ll definitely be having this again!

350 ml corked bottle. Cork shot up and hit my kitchen ceiling as soon as I got the metal wire seal off. Feisty. Gigantic monterous rocky head. Dark brown clear color. Very effervecent. Aroma of sweet dark fruits, malt, oak, and tartness. Taste is very well balanced with dark sweet cherries, dark malts, yeasty and a little bready. Maybe a little brown sugar and molassas in there too. Complex stuff. This is a great beer!

Intens brown beer with light beige foam on top. Aroma is rich with some caramel, candi sugar, raisins and malts. Taste is smooth, with a rich caracter of malts, brown sugars, fruits and an intersting bittering in the finale.

Dark amber ale. Malt aroma, spicy, fruity. Sweet, strong malt flavour; this brew still needs some aging. The palate is equilibrate.

A deep reddish brown ale witha beige head that dissapeared quickly.Strong sweet malty aroma with hints of prunes and figs. The malt is really impressive in this ale. Has a nice lively mouthfeel with a nice crispness. First flavor that stands out is cherries and malt. Doesn't seem as though the yeast is playing as big a part in this belgian compared to others I've had. This is a very flavorful easy to drink Belgian in my opinion.
