Bottle from Super Saver. Hazy deep brown/ruby pour with minimal tan head. Aroma of big banana nut bread at first, with caramel, brown sugar, vinous notes, and figs after sniffing for a while. The flavor is caramelly, slight burnt toasty malty, with some toffee, brown sugar, vinous fruit, banana, and almond hints. Very complex palate and fklavor profile which gets a tad tarter and fruitier as it warms. This one is outstanding.

Pours deep brown with a medium, creamy tan head that leaves beautiful lacing and is rather clumping on the surface of the beer. Nose is strong molasses, earth, and wheat. Flavor of molasses that segues into a yeasty, spicy (cinnamon and coriander, oregano) middle and a warming alcoholic and smoky finish. Super duper.

This dark brown ale poured with a modest tan head, eliciting a fruity malt aroma. There is a sweet coffee/banana flavor with a smooth malt finish. This is a very nice brew.

A lovely gurgling sound emanates from the bottle as it pours a dark, clear liquid. The smell is divinity touched with caramel and malt. A delicate taste rapidly gives was to malts which are then quickly pushed aside by beautiful caramel vixens, spreading their sweetness all over the room.

Pours a deep red-prune colour...says its supposed to be copper? Nice fluffy head above the clouds. Smooth malts, molasses, some rum qualities, sugar and lots of dark fruit. very well balanced and heavily enjoyable. Some smooth sweet chocolate undertones for the aftertaste. This is a well balanced and clean, yet chewy brew. Didn’t even realize I had finished it and was a bit sad I didnt get more. the 8% really bounces in after a while on ya:) wooOOoOO

Nutty, smokey flavor that changes every second that it’s in your mouth. Kind of foamy texture.

Dark brown color, Flavor malty and has sweetness of dried fruits and a bit sourness in the finish

This is how beer is supposed to taste. Grain and yeast along with nuts, dark fruits, and an almost creamy texture. The flavour performs judo chops on your palate, moving in unexpected directions, morphing like a chamaeleon before surprising you with its next strike. Only complaints are it could be a bit more fizzy, and it doesn’t come in a 40.
