| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 6, 2009 Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a big white fluffy head that lasts for ages. Nose is quite sweet and has a strong aroma of honey with lesser aromas of lemon, spice and caramel. Flavour is less sweet than the aroma but has a similar character with honey, citrus, caramel, yeast and mixed spice all standing out. Noticeable hops at the end as well. Quite different from a lot of tripels in that it is less sweet and has a creamier texture but is nonetheless a seriously good beer that could hold its own in any category. chmurarz (402), Raciborz now Legnica, Poland
