MaliMisho (208), East Meadow, New York, USA Nov 5, 2007 This beer was a huge delight to drink, it had a golden/yellow body and its aroma and flavor had an incredibly strong taste of lemons. drfabulous (1212), Columbia, Missouri, USA Nov 3, 2007 Rich flavors. Deep color. A really nice beer that deserves higher ratings here. Pours a nice malty body. Not too sweet. But nice and "brown." ekstedt (2411), Göteborg, Sweden Nov 3, 2007 Bootle (50 cl ) from Barley Wine, Copenhagem, Denmark. Cloudy yellow with a medium creamy white head. Fruity aroma with clear notes of marzipan, yeast, and spices. Alcohol well hidden. Medium bodied and smooth with soft but lively carbonation. Starts off sweet but ends up dry with a long bitter finish. fro2218 (466), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Nov 2, 2007 Golden color with thick white head. Very light stone fruit in the nose and flavor. Some alcohol and a little bitterness as well. heavy (815), Split, Croatia Oct 30, 2007 27/10 0.33 l bottle at Hopdevil. Pours murky golden body with nice big head. Wonderful aroma of fruits with specific yeast. Flavor nice, quite sweet, not too complex though, but very full bodied. Alcohol is not really felt. May not be typical as it lacks that triple bitterness, but it’s still fantastic. Creamy texture on palate. Finish is very nice, sweet, pleasant and quite long. Another fantastic brew from this fantastic brewery. beerbrat99 (119), Portland, Oregon, USA Oct 26, 2007 On tap. Nice golden/copper color with dense white foam. Aroma of ripe peaches. Excellent lacing. A very enjoyable tripel that finishes slightly tart with peppery notes. Worthy of 2 glasses! charlotte (1997), Vanløse, Denmark Oct 25, 2007 Golden colour with white fluffy head.Sweet and heavy aroma of Orange peel and sugar, spicey and warming mouth feels with sweet finish. Beershine (2678), Hue, Vietnam Oct 22, 2007 Updated: May 1, 2008Very cloudy, verging on murky. Big white head. Aroma of spiced stewed banana, some soap. Slight sour too. Palate is sticky, chewy, and tacky. Flavors are pretty nice, there is some spice to balance the sweetness. Gloriously average tripel!
