Jan 14, 2007 Nice golden color, surprisingly clear, with a very thick layer of soft cream-colored suds. Beautiful lace clings to the glass as I savor every sip.
Bold sweet malt with honey, alcohol, a little peppery spice, and a faint bubblegum taste. Finishes on the dry side, with the alcohol being dominant. Then some residual sweetness.
As I pour the third glass (my wife had the second glass) the color is more murky and amber from the yeast I stirred up. I swear there is more alcohol in the flavor now than before.

Jan 14, 2007 Bottle, 33 cl. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet and tart aroma with candy, yeast, some spiciness. Interesting flavors. Fast, sweet, spicy, dry finish. Taste the strong alcohol.

Jan 6, 2007 Interesting brew. Cloudy dark orange color. Aroma and flavor both are strongly reminding me of wine or old port. A bit sweet and a small amount of bitterness too in the flavor. Overall a nice and interesting brew.

Jan 5, 2007 0.33l bottle at home. Yellow with thin white head. Some lacing remained on the glass. Spicy aroma with hint of orange and alcohol. Thick smooth mouthful. Taste is sweet at the beginning and spicy bitter at the end. Long warm feeling after you have a sip. Good triple.

Hazed, buffed and pale yellow in color with a thick, tall and sudsy white head. Sweet, soapy lemon shine aroma is aided by shrocked lemon rind shavings, lemon-pistachio buttercream, coriander, vanilla beans and banana taffy. Sweet, creamy bananas meld with a lemon saltwater taffy character. Fluffy effervescence is well met by the dry, lemon buttered sourdough. Chewy sorghum and a sweetened papaya-banana smoothie characteristic eventually spinn into a dry, tropical and citric outtake. Full-bodied, followed by a sharp, dry cotton bitterness. Marigolds with a creamy nectar blanket envelops the palate with a vanilla mint creamy glossiness at the end.

Jan 3, 2007 The 11.2 ounce bottle poured a slightly hazy golden amber beverage with an ample frothy white head that was mostly lasting and left great lacing on the glass. The first aroma that hit me was bubble gum and then came a sweet fruitiness accompanied by pepper, coriander and honey ... very yummy. The body was medium with a very active carbonation level and a slight syrupy texture. The flavor starts out moderately sweet with honey, fruits and spices. This sweetness stays consistent through the long finish and is completed by a big alcohol warmth in the chest.
