Apr 27, 2005 White full lasting head. Amber color. Aroma is moderately sweet, fruity with apricots and light alcohol notes. Flavor is malty, sweet with fruity (ripe pear and peach) tones and a light spicy accent, ending in a moderately sweet finish. Medium bodied.

Mar 24, 2005 Updated: Dec 28, 2005Very nice triple with light yellowish head, a citrucy aroma and a full, fruity flavor. Light spiciness. It has a slightly bitter finish and hides the alcohol quite well.

Mar 18, 2005 Pours a lightly hazy bronze with a frothy and thinly-lacing white head. Aroma has a touch of vanilla and licorice with some bready Belgian yeast and a hint of light fruit. Starts with nice caramel malty sweetness, some yeasty esters, and a touch of peppery spice toward a dry bready finish. Hides the alcohol quite well. A nice tripel.

Feb 25, 2005 Large head on this cloudy golden body. Excellent taste for a blonde. Taste has sweet notes, honey or other, citrus fruits and spices. Alcohol is well hidden and the general impression is excellent. A pleasure to drink. Finish is bitter.
