Yeast, lemon, bread aroma. medium mouthfeel. Lemon and yeast taste, slightly sweet as well. Ends with a maple syrup like sweetness. Very easy to drink and well made, it just didn’t blow my socks off like others from this brewery. Nice stuff. mabel (2612), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Jan 2, 2003 on tap: This surprised me - wasn’t expecting such a great blend yeast and hops, both in the nose and flavor. Typical tripel spiciness in the middle. Complex with a great body and balance.
