Mar 5, 2007 Pours a nice slightly hazy golden color. nice slightly hopped arome with hints of candi sugar, ripe citrus fruit and slight spice. the flavor is great with a nice tripel sweetness and spice, but there is a nice hoppiness from the dry-hopping. I love this freaking beer.

Apr 14, 2007 Updated: Apr 22, 2007Bottle. Sweet malt nose with some floral hop notes. Hints of figs, cinnamon, sour apples, some sourdough background. Beautiful cloudy orange with a frothy heavy white head. Leaves some huge lacing. Creamy palate, nice and smooth start to finish. Not too complex flavor, but still really nice. Well-balanced yeasty sourness with some subdued sweetness. Tinge of alcohol

Dec 27, 2008 Bottled. a Cloudy orange color with anice white head, buit goes fast and keep a nice enlace around the glass. Aroma is amazing, floral, honey, orange, apricot. what smell!!! Flavor is citrus and honey, some very nice balanced with a medium carboanation. Mouthfeel is citrus and take a long time to go...

Aug 9, 2007 On tap at Three Floyds Brewpub, and served in a Gouden Carolus trappist glass. This tripel poured a bright, hazy orange color with a long lasting beige head. The aroma was made up of orange, apple, candy sugar, and some mild yeast esthers. The flavor was the same, but with some excellent spice notes showing up. Also, some lightly warming alcohol made it’s presence known. The mouthfeel was full-bodied and champagne-like. A truly exceptional beer.

May 4, 2009 Sublime,exquisita,Amazing,altough i not familiarized with this style it taste like like a piece of full-boided,rich,malty,cloudy-yellow and quite alcohol-heavy, heaven,foamy plenty head.Gotta love it

May 31, 2008 Great triple. Has a bright golden body with giant white, fluffy head. Leaves a wonderful lacing in the glass. Spicy and mildy fruity aroma and taste. Well attenuated. Goes down a little too well if you know what I mean.
