Commercial Description:
Happy Easter is amber red with a pretty, white head. The Amarillo hops, the short dryness and lightly sweet aroma make it a perfect accompaniment to an Easter table with herrings, lamb, crisp spring herbs and of course cheese. The beer is a hybrid, a rye beer using lager yeast.

Bottle, deliciuos blend of caramel malts and Amarillo hops in the aroma, which continues in the taste. Palate is medium and alcohol is present but not overwhelming.

A beer to be drunk with food, according to the label. Rich malty taste, lots of hops. Fine with food, but splendid on its own, too. But is it a premium lager? I would call it an IPA in sheeps clothes!

(Bottle 66 cl) Beautiful, clear dark amber with a small, off-white head. Very floral, hoppy nose. Medium body with light notes of caramel. But the body only seems to serve as a fundament for the great Amarillo hops completely dominating this brew and also leaving a marked, bitter finish. Lovely. 220106

Bottled: Orange coloured. Clear. Light brown fluffy head.Sweetness, caramel and fruit in the aroma. Flavour is malty, has light alccoholnotes, caramelnotes and is light herby. Is medium bodied. Smooth and pleasant mouthfeel. Light bitter in the end.

Amber, reddish and clear. Has a medium lasting head, off-white. I really like the malty, crisp sweetness. Finish is a bit bitter.
