Cloudy copper color, tan head. Sweet malty scent. Sweet malty and chocoalte taste. Smooth mouthfeel, high bitterness.

Shady copper color, tan head. Sweet malty, oak, butter scent. Smooth sweet, grainy taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

Oct 10, 2008 Bottle. Weak undefinable aroma. Golden dark amber colour with small white head. Bitter flavour, alcohol and a bit of grain which just jusities the title harvest brew.

Soft and smooth palate.
Clar and present oaky vanilla-flavour.

Sep 28, 2008 Bottled. Pours clear amber with a nice foamy, off-white head. Hoppy nose with caramel and light malt. Flavour of malt, hops, fruit and caramel. Medium bodied. Pleasant dry finish. A tasty brew.

Sep 24, 2008 Bottle at EBF. Clear dark brown - offwhite head. High sweetness, berries, raisins, plums, wood, dark bread, caramel. Far too much sweetness.

Sep 15, 2008 The beer is amber with small head. Aroma of caramel and dark fruit. Flavor is similar, couldn’t detect any wood.
