(Bottle 75 cl) Slightly hazy golden with a creamy, off-white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and some fruit. Medium body with sweet - rather sweet - fruits and a whiff of yeast. Some spiciness. Almost no bitterness. Completely fresh but appears a little tired and bland. 190408

Jul 2, 2008 Bottle at Chris_O’s 19th April 2008 tasting. Cloudy light yellow with the spicy aroma of a Belgian tripel. Sweet, wheaty flavour with a good weight to it. Decent.

Amber with a beige head, hazy. Aroma moderate/heavy malty (fruit, spices), light hoppy. Flavor moderate/heavy sweet, light bitter. Medium/full body.

May 19, 2008 Bubbly golden with a white head. Fruity yeasty aroma with lots of sweet alchohol. Flavor is warm alchoholic with decent notes of fruits, like peach and a dusty bitterness. Very medium.

May 7, 2008 Botella. Hazy deep golden colour with a medium short lasting white head. Sweet fruity and yeasty aroma with some bitterness and spices. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is rather sweet with ripe fruits, some spice, alcohol and bitter hops. Quite sweet ripe fruity finish. Too sweet......
