The aroma is sweet with notes of fruit, spices yeast, and wheat - oranges being most dominant as fruit. The flavor is quite sweet with notes of malt, lots of fruit (oranges and peaches) as well as lighter notes of spices and yeast, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 26, 2008 (Bottle 75 cl) Slightly hazy golden with a creamy, off-white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and some fruit. Medium body with sweet - rather sweet - fruits and a whiff of yeast. Some spiciness. Almost no bitterness. Completely fresh but appears a little tired and bland. 190408 yespr (6260), Copenhagen O, Denmark Apr 6, 2008 Updated: Apr 20, 200875 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is bubblegum and slight sweet. Flavour is thick sweetness, also in mouthfeel. Bubblegum and light spiced flavour. Ends sweet lingering with a light wheaty/bubblegum note.
