Aug 9, 2006 500ml bottle: poured cloudy yellow with a large white head. Just a smidge of banana notes. Flavor is more banana than the aroma but still just lightly. Not very sweet, slightly sourish. Decent and a lot better than the Schwaben Brau Hefe I just had.

Jan 9, 2006 (bottle) Hazy yellow to orange colour with a huge fluffy foamy white head. Sweet and slightly sour (wheat-)malty aroma with a shy note of banana and a clovy and yeasty tinge. Sweet and sourish malty taste with bananas, quite dry but still sour and tart malty and clovy slim finish.

Jan 23, 2005 Bottle. Slightly sour malt aroma with banana and clove as well. Cloudy amber yellow. Mild wheat malt and banana clove flavor - on the watery side. Basically a discount Hefe so really not too bad considering the cost.
