Aug 15, 2006 Bottle (many thanks to joss !!): Clear chestnut-amber coloured, small lacing off-white foam; sweetish dark-malty, a bit fruity nose; moderate sweet and light bitter flavour; a bit sugary, malty finish with some faint bitter edges. O.K., quite a restrained Bock.........

Mar 25, 2004 Pretty neutral aroma, hardly any cookie malt detectable.
Chestnut coloring, creamy head.
Honeyish and thinish malt profile.
A slight bitterhop finish, then nothing.
Could not get very exited over this Bock.
