Cloudy gold with a thin head, normal weissbier aroma and taste, Good Hefe weissbier from Germany, had it in a recyclable Plastic bottle and cans, it is very good and cheap as well. I have read reviews that put this beer down just because it is cheap, well it is a lot better than many expensive beers.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, rich head. Sweaty papery banana aroma. Sweet and unfirm. medium, bofied with loads of cardboard and sugar. Papery finish. Another reason not to buy anything on Lidl, or indeed anything where Oetker group is involved.

Tasted from canned, 50 cl. (bought @ Lidl) Hazy yellow color, with a large white head. Aroma herbs, bit sweet and yeast. Medium body. Taste sweet, fruity, some herbs, and little bitter finish.

5L keg from Lidl. Muddy orange with a fine persisting white lid. Aroma of shortbread, banana, toffee apple, peppery hints. A bit stale and papery with watery esters, grainy cardboard stillness, banana and grassy hop hints. Grass and cardboard afters. Fairly poor industrial hefe, past its best, but drinkable.

Can from Lidl. Hazy yellow-grey with a large white head. Yeast aroma. Taste has clove, ash, a little sourness and soluble aspirin. Fizzy. Slight dry finish. Last time I rated a Grafenwalder beer I mentioned I had just been mowing the grass. Same again this time. It was reasonably successful in quenching my thirst.

50 cl can from Lidl. Murky yellow colour, white head which lasts about a minute which fails to keep the aroma in the beer. Strong taste of yeast, very watery with little to no carbonation. It’s a strange one, once poured it looks like a filling beer but really goes down like a glass of flavored water.
