Jul 1, 2008 Cask at the Wenlock Arms, 19th April 2008, with Chris, Ian, Mes & the gang. To be frank, this looks like urine but somehow manages to smell like cake icing with a sour hint. It doesn’t taste of much and is thin and watery. Poor.

May 5, 2008 Cask (handpump) at the Wenlock Arms, April 2008. Gold. Clear. Dry. Uninspiring. That’s about it. Palatable but innocuous. Not a scintillating introduction to a new brewery for me.

Clean blone with a slim white head. Bland, eggy and not too pleasant. Thin and dusty and just pretty much below par all round. NEXT!
