It tastes a lot like Grainbelt Premium, just a little more watered down. I probably will never drink it again. I don’t see any reason to. JoeM500 (1876), Chicago (little italy), Illinois, USA

The aroma is grassy with some light flower notes. The taste is corn flakes and some grass. Not much character, but that isn’t a surprise. Nothing bad, though. scattershot (10), Minnesota, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 1, 2009 Consensus is for a light beer not bad, color is pale golden, with a hint of real beer flavor on the back end, unlike most macro light brews. A little corn, a bit of grass, but drinkable on a hot summer day. ElGaucho (1730), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 5/5 | 6/20 | Aug 4, 2004 Can. American light lager aroma. Large, fine bubble white head. Pale, gold body with bountiful carbonation and decent lace. Smooth, easy-drinking pale lager but unfortunately, none of the distinctive sweet Grain Belt Premium flavor. Coors Light is one of the few light beers that has been able to maintain some of its regular counterpart’s distinctive flavor. Sam Adams Light was unable to do so and neither is GBPL. Nevertheless, despite this shortcoming, the macros have nothing on GBPL. With the same marketing muscle, GBPL would be outselling them all. No flaws, just not all that flavorful. However, it is a light beer, so you can’t really expect much in that category. GrainBeltGuzzler (249), Goodhue, Minnesota, USA
